service assessments
Video call through Google Meet to assess how best to serve your office needs, discuss options, and make a plan. If we cannot meet your needs during the assessment, we will discuss a project fee, ongoing service fee, or promptly email a project proposal depending on your preferred service type.
In-person meeting in your office or a public location to assess how best to serve your office needs, discuss options, and make a plan. service types
All service types may be provided in-person or remotely.
Full project planned during or following assessment. A full project fee will be determined based on the approximate number of hours of work needed to complete it, as well as materials needed. You will receive the estimate as part of the project proposal.
Mobile Office Services members may act as your temporary employees (individual or small business) in the case that multiple projects are needed successively or regular assistance is needed (weekly or monthly). An hourly fee will be determined with you prior to the start of service.
